Sabbat Wisdom
Ostara marks the spring equinox when day equals night - perfect balance before light overtakes darkness. Named after the Germanic goddess Eostre (from which "Easter" derives), this is a celebration of fertility, renewal, and explosive growth. Seeds germinate, flowers bloom, and life bursts forth. Eggs and hares are ancient fertility symbols. This is the astrological new year when the sun enters Aries - time for courageous new beginnings.
